At Pacifique, we strive to ensure our guests' maximum pleasure and comfort during their stay.  Depending on your group and the length of stay, you may benefit from a personalised check-in, with a welcome hamper and/or champagne on arrival, organic bath products and other luxury items to ensure a smooth transition into your dream holiday.  Our dedicated team is available at all times to assist with activity and restaurant bookings and local advice to maximise your stay in the Byron area.  All confirmed bookings will receive a local's guide and welcome pack to help you plan your stay.

Our Reservations team will reach out to you within 48hrs to confirm your booking.   If we are unable to proceed with your booking, you will receive a refund in full of any deposit/s paid.

A deposit of 50% is due on reservation, with the balance due no later than 60 days prior to arrival.  A bond will be payable via EFT, cash or credit card hold/authorisation just prior to check in on all bookings.  Our team will contact you with all the requisite details.

Payments may be split across a group, and we can accept payment via EFT (fee-free) or credit card - Visa, Mastercard or Amex (+1.5-3% card fee).  Please contact our Reservations team if you have any queries.
